PLANT CARE TIPS
XANTHOSOMA LIME ZINGER
LIGHT: Needs medium light, best suited to bright, indirect light. A shady garden bed is the perfect spot for these beauties.
TEMPERATURE: Xanthosoma prefer warmer temperatures but will easily tolerate cooler climates of southern states, provided they are well established. Temperatures above 10oC are preferable, they will thrive between 18oC and 25oC.
WATER: Water the plant deeply when the soil is dry, make sure the soil is allowed to dry down between waterings. Let the pot drain completely and never allow the plant to stand in water. In winter, water sparingly and allow more time between each watering so the soil has time to dry a bit more than usual.
GROWTH: Xanthosoma are easy to care for. They are generally thought of as outdoor plants but will survive indoors as well.
