How long will my plant take to arrive?

All orders at D2D are processed within 3-4 days of placement and shipped via Express Post. We only ship orders on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (Excluding Public holidays) so that your plant doesn’t have to spend too long in the dark.

Why can’t plants be posted to WA, TAS or NT?

Unfortunately, quarantine restrictions apply for WA, TAS and NT meaning that D2D cannot ship to these states. But don’t despair! We are working on it and hope to be able to ship to these states shortly.

Is my plant posted in a pot?

Yes! All D2D plants are shipped in their pots. Our plants seem pretty happy in their pots so we choose not to disturb them.

How do I care for my plant?

Every plant is shipped with its very own D2D Care Card so you can be confident you are taking the best care possible of your new green friend.

 

Are D2D plants safe for pets?

At Door2Door we stock many different varieties of plants, some of which can potentially be harmful to pets. If you are concerned about the compatibility of your fur baby and your knew plant friend we strongly recommend conducting some thorough research on the variety of plant you wish to purchase. 

Will I receive a printed invoice with my plant?

No. At D2D we try to minimize paper waste in all facets of our company. We also try to keep our shipping boxes free of anything that may damage your plant during transit. If you need an invoice for your purchase just get in touch. We will happily email one to you.

What are Door2Door's shipping rates?

D2D charges a flat rate of $20 postage for every 3 plants ordered for express shipping for all plants no matter where we post to (see all prices on the Shipping page).  We are always working to keep our shipping charges as low as possible to ensure plant lovers always get the best deal.

Can I pick up my plant locally?

At this stage you cannot pick up your plant locally, but stay tuned! You may be able to in the near future.

 

How do I find out as soon as varieties become available for sale?

Sign up to our e-news HERE! We have new varieties arriving at D2D weekly, so be sure to sign up so you don’t miss out on any of our rare beauties.

What do I do if my order doesn’t arrive?

Don’t panic! Just contact us at shop@door2doorplants.co and we will track it down for you.

Will my plants arrive together?

At D2D we ship our plants in individual boxes or boxes of two. Although we post orders at the same time you may find your boxes arrive at different times.

Will my plant be the same as the photos on the website?

While we don’t match specific plants to individual orders, we do strive to take photos that are representative of the plants we have in stock. Some seasonal variances may exist. Plants tend to be smaller and tighter in the Winter time with smaller leaves. In Summer they tend to open up and grow taller. Please be aware that the plant you receive may vary slightly from the photos shown on our site.
